How It Works
Our murder mysteries offer plenty of audience participation! You select the venue (we can offer suggestions if you wish) and we assist with all the details of planning your event.
DO-IT-YOURSELF MYSTERY
The DIY Mystery takes place over an hour and half to two hours and the action is created by your guests. We supply well in advance full character profiles and costume suggestions for 8 or 9 of your guests. On the day of the show, the guests arrive with their costumes and we supply the “detective” who runs the show, in addition to all the clues, props, evidence, ballots, nametags, pencils, and prizes.
Our detective acts as the host and leads your guests through all the clues - and plenty of surprises!
Depending on the size of your group and your budget, you may opt to have additional actors to play some of the characters and assist with keeping it all moving at a fun pace. All guests who are not playing a character are provided with a list of suspects and a ballot to fill out. The mystery can be solved individually or as a team. Guests actively solve the case by asking the suspects questions and viewing the evidence on display.
